Market figures move. Anything you read about asking prices here is a September 10, 2026 field note from public listings, not a live FoilFox quote and not a grade or authenticity guarantee. Always match set, number, language, and finish to the copy in hand.

The names, then the parallels

1
OP17-118 SEC

Rocks D. Xebec

A set-defining secret rare and a Blue leader. The card people mean when they say “the Rocks.” Confirm SEC versus leader versus any SP/manga parallel before you save.

2
OP17-119 SEC

Loki

The other base-numbered secret rare. Same rule: leader, SEC, and special art are different rows.

3
Newgate, Shanks, Kaido, Big Mom, Luffy

Yonko leaders

Six leaders is a lot of cardboard that looks similar in a stack. Color and card type (LEADER vs CHARACTER) are the fastest tell after the set code.

4
SP and manga treatments

Manga / super-parallel hits

One Piece chase value usually lives in manga rares and colored super parallels, not the base SEC. OP-13’s red manga Luffy/Ace/Sabo wave is the cautionary tale: the parallel is the card.

English packs are not Japanese packs

Japanese OP packs and English OP packs do not contain the same number of cards. If you mix languages in one binder, keep language on the catalog row. A Japanese manga rare and an English SEC of the same number are still two facts.

OP-16 The Time of Battle (June 2026) is the previous Paramount War set; its manga admirals (Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji) are a different checklist. Do not file an OP-16 manga into OP-17 because the character matches.
